Where is the Aurore Havenne studio located in Brussels?
My studio is located on Avenue Dailly, in 1030 Schaerbeek, one of the municipalities of the Brussels-Capital Region. It's an intimate space, where I can give you my full attention.

What happens during a studio appointment?
Each appointment is designed as a bespoke moment. You can try on pieces from the current collections, talk to me about a custom jewellery project, or simply come and discover the Aurore Havenne universe up close. If you let me know in advance which pieces you like, I'll be happy to have them ready for your arrival, so you can try them on right away.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, I welcome visitors by appointment only, on weekdays, at a time that suits you best. This allows me to offer you a calm and fully dedicated moment.
Is the appointment free of charge?
Yes, visiting the studio and trying on the jewellery is entirely free, with no obligation.
Can I discover Fairmined gold pieces during my visit?
Yes, it is entirely possible to discover and try on certain Fairmined gold pieces at the studio. However, solid gold pieces are made to order, so the choice available on site is limited. Let me know your request when booking your appointment, so I can tell you whether that particular Fairmined gold piece is available.

With pleasure. The studio is a lovely place to discover my wedding ring collections together, take your time trying on different models as a couple, find your size and discuss possible personalisation or engraving.
Can I organise a get-together with friends at the studio?
Yes, and it's one of my favourite kinds of visits! You can come with up to 4 friends to discover the collections together, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. I always plan little treats to make the moment even more special.
Can I try on several collections during the same appointment?
Yes, you can discover all the collections available at the studio during your visit. I always try to keep at least one piece of each model in stock, so you can try them on in person.
Is the studio also where the jewellery is made?
The studio is my space for design, prototyping, and meeting my clients. Production is handled by my partner workshops — in Brussels for gold and bespoke pieces, and in Bali for the silver collections.
